• Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of system interfaces. Ensure integration solutions align with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams, external vendors to manage the technical and operational aspects of system interfaces, ensuring seamless data exchange, and maintaining the integrity and security of integrated systems.
• Manage end-to-end integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and transfer.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and engineers. Provide technical guidance and support for interface development and troubleshooting.
• Lead and coordinate interface projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications and user guides.
• Quality Assurance and Testing. Conduct regular interface audits and performance evaluations.

Requirement

• Experience in system integration and interface management and managing complex integration projects.
• Experience with various integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, ESBs, ETL).
• Experience in delivering government projects.
• Knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of security protocols and data protection standards.
