Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end system implementations across ERP, WMS, and TMS projects, from initiation to post-implementation support.

You will develop detailed plans and budgets, manage cross-functional teams, oversee risk and governance, and mentor junior staff, delivering on time and within budget in fast-paced, matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex system implementation projects (ERP, WMS, TMS or similar enterprise systems).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMP or Agile frameworks.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse management systems implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT system implementation projects, from initiation through to post-implementation support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies for complex IT initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, including internal IT staff, external vendors and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction and governance oversight to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and IT strategy.
• Establish and maintain clear communication protocols with senior leadership, project teams and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Monitor project performance through key metrics, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and IT staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to optimise value and service delivery.
