Job summary

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) invites experienced professionals to join the xCode function, focusing on the in-house development of core software modules for mission critical systems. You will help shape governance, risk, and compliance across software delivery in a security-sensitive environment.

The role requires collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and regulatory bodies to ensure security and regulatory adherence while driving efficiency and reliable operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of governance, risk management, compliance or IT security experience.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Develop new governance frameworks aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage stakeholders with governance, risk, compliance teams and regulators.
• Refine processes to improve efficiency, manage risks, and coordinate Product Management, Engineering and external stakeholders.
