Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Job Description:

  • Manage all daily system integrations between systems and ensure data integrations are successful.
  • Provide daily operations support in terms of batch job monitoring and error resolution.
  • Provide inputs for the development and deployment of CRs related to interfaces, such as during requirements gathering and UAT.
  • Coordinate with the data owner, for HR data where man-in-the-loop decision is required.
  • Monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors.
  • Coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal meetings.
  • Updates of documentation (i.e. SOP, Data Catalogue).

Qualifications and Profile:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Computing/Electrical Engineering/IT, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP.
  • At least 2 of working experience in information technology.
  • Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel working experience and competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions is preferred.
  • Good planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
