Grab is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head a team of 10+ engineers within the Transaction Platform, based onsite in Singapore. Join the Transaction Platform team at Grab, where we own the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for our merchant partners including order, finance, insights, and feedback. These are among the most-used features in the merchant app, powering how millions of merchants run their business on Grab every day.
You will report to the Head of Engineering, Transaction Platform, and lead a team of 10+ engineers building the reliable, scalable systems that merchants depend on for their daily transactions. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, mentoring engineers while helping shape the technical direction of the platform. This role is based onsite in Singapore.
