Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and manage a team of software engineers in developing SaaS solutions to help customers meet carbon neutrality and ESG goals.
• Team Building: Build and mentor engineering teams from the ground up, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• SaaS Development: Oversee the design and development of scalable SaaS applications in cloud environments, ensuring solutions are robust and secure.
• Automation: Drive automation practices to enhance efficiency and reliability in software development and deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Quality, Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, and Customer Success for seamless project execution.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for 'Software Engineering Director' should have:

• 15+ years of proven experience in software development and leadership roles in delivery management.
• Experience in end-to-end commercialization of SaaS & IoT offerings.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams in developing AI solutions and frameworks.
• Experience designing licensable SaaS-based solutions for building automation.
• Certification as a Cloud Solutions Architect with ability to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and microservices development.
