Job description

We are excited to be partnering with a top-tier financial institution on a key Full Stack Developer hire to help build cutting-edge, greenfield platforms and integrate AI capabilities into real-world business systems.

You will be part of a forward-thinking team collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and end users to create high-performance applications both visually and under the hood.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage full stack applications with a focus on performance and UX

• Build scalable backend systems using a microservices-based architecture

• Integrate AI and ML components into business-critical platforms

• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs with both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments (Azure / OpenShift)

• Work closely with internal users and cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with backend development and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and database architecture

• Exposure to AI/ML tools or frameworks is a big plus

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure/OpenShift preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, agile mindset

• Bonus: Experience in investment, wealth, or asset management domains
