Job summary

Beyondsoft International Singapore is seeking a software engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services including EWS, CDM, UI, and supporting components. You will design features, perform debugging, testing, and collaborate across engineering, QA, product, and deployment teams to ensure quality and stability.

The role requires a bachelor degree in CS/SE/CE or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of software experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with UI development, web services, APIs or integration.
• Good debugging, testing, defect investigation, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services, including EWS, CDM, UI, and supporting components.
• Design and implement new software features based on product and technical requirements.
• Perform software development, integration, testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure quality and stability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release lifecycle.
• Perform software validation and regression testing to ensure new features and fixes do not impact existing functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide support for software deployment, maintenance, and production issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C/C++, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with UI development, web services, APIs, or application integration will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of software debugging, testing, defect investigation, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional engineering team.
