Job summary

Realtek Singapore Private Limited is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design and implement automated test scenarios and maintain end-to-end test frameworks. You will design, develop, and optimize automated tests that align with the project plan and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with QC project leaders to prioritize test automations, troubleshoot issues with test engineers, and continuously improve testing practices to ensure timely releases with high quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Python scripting skills and C++ background required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and program automated test scenarios according to test plan with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain end-to-end automated test framework including environment, data, and scripts.
• Collaborate with QC project leader to identify, propose, prioritize, and implement test automations.
• Troubleshoot observed issues with test engineers to identify root causes and solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices/tools to enhance test strategy and efficiency.
