Requirements:

• Strong hands-on development experience with Simplicity software is essential
• Proven experience collaborating with internal users/stakeholders to understand business workflows
• Comfortable across the full development lifecycle: design, configuration, scripting/customization, testing, and support
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management domains
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
