Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITBM, FSM, and/or CSM modules.
  • Strong scripting, integration, and platform configuration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Scrum Master (CSM/PSM I) and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
