Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is hiring across Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, and DevOps for MSF projects in Singapore. You may build citizen-facing digital products, APIs and backend services, modern frontends, and secure data pipelines. Roles span greenfield and brownfield work, with cloud infrastructure and observability as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Backend development using Java, Kotlin, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, C# or similar
• Frontend development using React / Next.js, Vue, Angular or similar
• RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Microservices and distributed-system concepts
• SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• NoSQL databases where appropriate
• Data processing and ETL pipelines
• System integrations and event-driven architectures
• Automated testing and maintainable software design
• Git-based development and code reviews
• Docker and containerisation
• Cloud deployment and production operations

Responsibilities

• Build citizen-facing digital products for MSF
• Develop APIs and backend services
• Build modern frontend applications
• Develop secure data ingestion and ETL pipelines
• Integrate systems across government agencies and partners
• Modernise existing Java or platform-based applications
• Build cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Improve automated testing and engineering quality
• Establish observability and operational practices
• Implement security and compliance controls
• Create reusable engineering capabilities adopted by MSF teams
• Work across greenfield and brownfield projects
