Thales Avionics in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer for the AIR Lab to contribute to the agile delivery of features with a focus on quality, robustness, and clear technical communication within a multinational team.

You will work across Java/Kotlin/C++, Rust or Go, containerized environments, cloud deployments, and data-lake related technologies, writing tests, documentation, and collaborating with Product Owners to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience for mid-career switchers.
• Experience designing and building software applications.

Responsabilités

• Understand the functional aspects and discuss with the Product Owner.
• Responsible for availability or a regular product increment incorporating new features.
• Complete all fundamental tasks from Architecture to tests (unit, functional, performance).
• Implement features by defining tests and developing features with automated tests.
• Write and review the necessary technical documentation or use agentic workflows.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional multinational team, actively engaging to support the team.
