Job summary

The Software QA Engineer at Thales in Singapore will apply sound QA principles to AIR Lab applications, designing and maintaining automated tests that run in delivery pipelines and provide fast, trustworthy feedback. You will balance thoroughness with delivery speed, deciding which tests are blocking gates and which are lighter checks, in collaboration with Validation Lead and Product Owners.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software QA/testing with integrated test suites.
• Hands-on API and service-level test automation experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand ATM-related applications.
• Design and implement automated integration, sanity and regression tests.
• Analyze failures and triage defects, reporting clearly.
• Integrate test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply risk-based testing and selective gates.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test work.
• Maintain lean, high-quality test suites.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
