Job summary

Reolink Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer to join the Java backend team, focusing on design, development, and performance improvement of core systems.

You will contribute to high-concurrency solutions, scalable architecture, and end-to-end lifecycle activities while collaborating with local and regional teams. A strong CS foundation and Spring proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Java development experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals: OS, networking, data structures, algorithms.
• Proficiency with Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper and Redis.
• MySQL schema design, SQL optimization and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, refactoring, and optimization of core system components.
• Research and implement solutions for high-concurrency scenarios.
• Contribute to scalable, high-availability system architecture.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams and share knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor'sor Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience of software development experience(Java Programming)is preferable for this post
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (operating systems, network principles, data structures, and algorithms)
• Programming Languages: Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security
• Cloud Platforms: AWS and Azure
• Frameworks: Common open-source frameworks and tools such as Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, and Redis.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, SQL optimization, and database scaling strategies.
