Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Java backend developer to design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend services.

You will build RESTful APIs with Spring Boot, work with SQL databases, participate in code reviews and CI/CD, and collaborate across product, QA, DevOps, and other teams. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who writes clean, scalable code and embraces Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Work with SQL/relational databases, including database design, queries, and integration.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other development teams.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
