Job summary

VIESO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a .NET Back-End Engineer Intern to join our engineering team in Singapore.

You will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems powering our applications, building APIs, and integrating with third-party services. Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software. You'll gain exposure to SQL databases, ORM tools like Entity Framework, cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, or other back-end web technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Entity Framework).
• Understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular).
