Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a .NET Back-End Engineer Intern to join our engineering team.

You will design, develop and maintain back-end systems powering our applications, build APIs, integrate with third-party services, optimize database queries, and implement scalable, secure infrastructure using C# and the .NET Core framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, testing and debugging, and stay updated with latest .NET technologies

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, or other back-end web technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g.,Entity Framework).
• Understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
