Who You’ll Do

● Develop and Innovate: You'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge financial solutions. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide.

● Collaborate and Create: Work alongside a team of talented engineers, product

managers, and designers to bring our Embedded Finance products from concept to

launch. Your input will be crucial in shaping the future of finance.

● Understand and Empathize: Dive deep into the needs and challenges of our customers. Your good product sense will enable you to design and implement solutions that truly resonate with our users.

● Measure and Optimize: Leverage data to drive decisions. Your keen data sense will

help you measure the success of our products and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Who You Are

● You are a backend-focused engineer with 1.5 to 5 years of professional experience, comfortable working with Java (or similar backend languages) to build scalable and maintainable systems. You understand key backend concepts like distributed architectures, performance tuning, and cloud-native infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Redis, Kafka).

● You care about building practical, business-aligned solutions, not just completing tickets. You collaborate cross-functionally, design with the customer in mind, and aim to improve service usability, reliability, and performance through thoughtful engineering.

● You are data- and metric-driven, using logs, dashboards and performance signals to guide decisions, debug issues, and drive product impact — especially in high-traffic environments.

● You are adaptable and continuously learning, eager to take on new challenges, technologies, or architectural domains. You take ownership of your work from design to deployment, and always look for ways to improve.

● Experience in fintech, payments, or transactional systems is a bonus — but not a requirement. What matters most is your curiosity and readiness to solve complex, real-world problems at scale.
