Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Software Engineer, Frontend (React) in Singapore to build responsive user interfaces and collaborate with product and backend teams.

You will work with modern tech such as TypeScript, React and Next.js, implement authentication, optimize performance, and contribute to design, testing and CI/CD processes. This role is based in Singapore at the Bencoolen location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a front-end developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with Typescript, React and Next.js.
• Experience in integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of browser testing and debugging.
• Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with design/prototype tools like Figma.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Salary: $3500 - $4000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm / 9.30am to 6.30pm (flexi)
Working Location:Bencoolen

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Gathering information from stakeholders regarding functionality and features.
• Collaborating with various teams to enhance the usability of the application.
• Attending and contributing to meetings.
• Writing and maintaining code.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Build apps with/without mockups and prototypes.
• Ensuring adherence to high-quality design standards and brand consistency.
• Staying informed about emerging technologies.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Monitoring the front-end performance of the application.
• Performing thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a front-end developer.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience and proficiency in Typescript, React and Next.js.
• Experience in integrating with third-party libraries, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of back-end development is a plus.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Experience with React Native and Expo is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, encompassing design, development, and deployment.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with working with design and prototype software such as Figma.
• Experience with version control, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience with CI/CD.
