Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Engineers in Singapore to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write, review, and refine AI outputs, ensuring correctness, readability, and secure practices across languages.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours. You’ll work asynchronously on your own schedule, contributing to frontier AI development and receiving ongoing opportunities as projects scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging approach.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn’t
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality
