Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance digital products for improved staff productivity and workflow efficiency. You will design, build, and support internal platforms and automation tools while collaborating with product teams to deliver quality software.

This role requires a degree in Computer Science or similar, along with experience in software engineering. You will contribute to integrations, automation, and AI-enabled features while ensuring high coding standards and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–4 years of software engineering experience or strong internship experience.
• Experience building web applications, backend services, or APIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal digital products.
• Build frontend and backend components under senior engineers' guidance.
• Support product delivery from discovery to post-launch improvements.
