The Role

We are looking for a Trading System Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and scaling the core infrastructure that powers our high‑frequency trading (HFT).

This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in low‑latency environments, enjoy working at the intersection of software and finance, and are excited about contributing to the fast‑evolving world of digital assets. You’ll work closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to design and implement high‑performance systems that execute seamlessly across on‑chain and traditional financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low‑latency, high‑throughput trading systems to support a wide range of algorithmic trading strategies.
• Build and maintain robust connectivity with exchanges and protocols, ensuring reliable transaction processing and seamless market access.
• Develop core system components to handle trade execution, order management, and real‑time market data efficiently.
• Optimize system performance through profiling, tuning, and architectural improvements to achieve ultra‑fast execution and high reliability.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative traders to translate trading ideas into scalable, production‑grade systems.
• Contribute to the design of flexible system architectures to support growing trading volumes and evolving market opportunities.
• Ensure operational stability and uptime in a fast‑paced, latency‑sensitive trading environment.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of traditional finance, architecture, and trading systems.
• 5+ Years of experience in building and maintaining low‑latency systems for algorithmic trading.
• Proficiency in low‑level programming using languages like Rust or C++.
• Experience integrating with exchange / broker APIs, order management systems, pricing and risk engines, and smart order routers.
• Skilled in system‑level performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset. Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort with operating in rapidly evolving and high‑velocity environments.
• The ability to work in a collaborative and non‑siloed engineering team, with the intent for cross‑team delivery and success.
