As a Software Application Engineer at Lam, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation andadoption of our software products. You’ll support fast product evolution through agile processesby analyzing, designing, programming, testing, debugging, and enhancing software applications.With your expertise and initiative, you’ll turn ideas into great products that supportadvancements in Lam’s semiconductor technology.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the innovation and efficiency of Lam's productsand services. By developing enterprise grade software applications, you will enable data-drivendecision making, optimize workflows, enhance user experience, and improve quality andperformance of Lam's hardware and processes.

What you’ll do

• As Semiverse Process and Integration Engineer, you will drive innovation and deployment ofLam Semiverse Solutions for semiconductor process integration in the industry.
• You will work closely with critical accounts on leading edge technologies (Logic, DRAM,3DNAND) to demonstrate the impact of Lam Semiverse Solutions products (includingSEMulator3D software) to drive faster and cheaper learning cycles in both technologydevelopment and manufacturing ramp-up.
• You will work within a global team of engineers and collaboratively develop applications anduse case demonstrations relevant to the virtual twinning of the industry.
• You will work in strong partnership with Semiverse Solutions Product Group and localAccount/Sales teams to drive product strategy to business successes.

Who we’re looking for

• Expertise in semiconductor technology. Ideally former experience as process integration oryield engineer in advanced logic/memory technology.
• Very good understanding of semiconductor environment (product life cycle from developmentto high volume manufacturing).
• Appetite for innovation and willingness to challenge best known practices.
