Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in development of production software in C/C++.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Secure Coding, .NET programming, Python/PowerShell scripting and/or UI programming.
• Familiarity with source code version control tools such as GIT.
• Strong interest in software development and engineering.
• Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational and support activities including case management, troubleshooting and onsite engineering support.
• Coordinate and perform testing activities such as regression, load, performance, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Assist in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting servers and workstations in production and test environments.
• Assist in maintaining software documentation, including test plan, test procedures, test report, maintenance manual, and user manual.
• Assist in deployment of custom software.
• Manage and implement software change requests.
• Provide administration and support services for custom systems and software releases, including file access control, user administration and change management on production and test environments.
