Job summary

Eames Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, system integration testing, API connectivity, and tier-2/3 production support within an Agile environment.

You will facilitate full SIT/UAT, manage REST API diagnostics with Postman/Swagger, coordinate deployments, and collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and software teams to improve runbooks, security, and SOPs using automation and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, or API Integration in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, payload analysis, and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Solid background in coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based incident management practices.
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to optimize testing and support workflows.
