Responsibilities:
- Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Develop high level project work plans
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
- Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
- Must be able to train Juniors
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent
- At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, SDK), business process integration, data conversion strategies, and deployment; understanding of ERP integration and CRM configuration
- Strong communication, client-facing, leadership, and training abilities; capable of managing scope, leading sessions, and mentoring junior staff
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core preferred
