Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a resourceful and versatile Software Engineer to join our dynamic team delivering innovative solutions across industries. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of technical engineering expertise and strong consulting skills, capable of leading end-to-end solution delivery and engaging with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Scope of duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement full-stack applications across a range of platforms and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java).
  • Lead integration of third-party services including SSO (Microsoft, Google, GitLab), API gateways (Kong), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable cloud-native solutions using IaC (Terraform), DevOps pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD), and developer portals (Backstage and/or Port.io).
  • Support digital transformation initiatives contributing to solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and data/AI strategies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, driving planning, execution, and delivery through agile methodologies.
  • Take ownership in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, acting as a key point of contact for clients.

  • Maintain knowledge and complete mandatory training to ensure role competence.

Job Specific Environment and Organization:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Singapore-based working hours, with occasional adjustments for European business hours.
