Expanding Our Reach
As the only Japanese company recognized by Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) as an RMF-certified Systems Integrator (SIer), Panasonic is now gearing up to expand this technology beyond Singapore to Japan, Thailand, India, and other regions across Asia.
Beyond healthcare, Panasonic is driving automation across factories and logistics, leveraging RMF-based FMS to enhance operational efficiency throughout the entire Panasonic Group.
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Software Engineer (Robotics & Automation Engineer) to:
· Develop expertise in RMF technology and contribute to enhancing Panasonic’s FMS.
· Support projects in Japan, leveraging RMF-based solutions to optimize automation efforts.
· Participate in feature development and performance upgrades of Panasonic's FMS, ensuring continuous improvements in automation.
Travelling is required:
· Given the nature of our projects, frequent business trips to Japan will be required.
· Additionally, travel to India and Thailand may be necessary depending on project demands.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Robotics, Software Development, or related field.
· Proficiency in ROS2 coding is a minimum requirement for this role.
If ROS2 experience is lacking, candidates must have hands-on expertise in ROS1, C++, or Python for software development.
· Able to understand robotics and robotics development.
· Able to produce specification sheet of software or of software code.
· Strong leadership skill.
· Experience in project management is a plus.
