Job Description

Support system management and operational activities, including contract management, vendor SLA compliance, system health monitoring, patching, change requests, procurement, power operations, obsolescence management, technical refresh, security, documentation, and project support.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant IT fields or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications like ITIL
  • 1-2 years experience in Operations Support or Project Management supporting mission-critical systems with high SLAs
  • Knowledge of ITSM standards and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of system/software architecture and user environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
