What Will You Do?

• Build & Deliver: Develop robust, high-performance features for our core trading platforms using modern technology stacks.

• Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Innovate & Improve: Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and continuous enhancement.

• Grow & Learn: Receive mentorship to strengthen your technical skills, with opportunities to take on more complex challenges and leadership responsibilities.

For Senior Software Engineer roles:

• Lead technical delivery for key projects.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.

• Help define technical standards and engineering best practices.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Software Engineer: 1–3 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong foundation in Java, with willingness to work with Oracle PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, React, and JSP.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and application servers such as Tomcat.

• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.

For Senior Software Engineer roles:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.

• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software modules and mentoring team members.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, JSP, Tomcat, and HTML. Experience with React is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in the fintech, trading, or banking industry.

• Understanding of networking concepts and system architecture.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with project management tools such as Jira.
