Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Specialist with strong hands‑on expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ and Java Spring Framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and supporting enterprise integration solutions. The role involves managing middleware environments, implementing integration flows, supporting financial messaging requirements and ensuring the stability and performance of production integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. IBM ACE Development & Administration
   • Design, develop and deploy integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v11/v12.
   • Administer, configure and troubleshoot IBM ACE environments.
   • Monitor middleware platform performance, availability and reliability.
   • Support enterprise integration projects and migration initiatives.
   • Perform troubleshooting and resolve integration‑related issues.
2. Java & Backend Development
   • Develop backend components using Java Spring Framework.
   • Build and maintain integration services and supporting application components.
   • Implement enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
   • Collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.
3. IBM MQ & Messaging
   • Configure, manage and troubleshoot IBM MQ environments.
   • Support message queues and communication between enterprise applications.
   • Monitor messaging services and resolve message processing failures.
   • Ensure reliable and secure message delivery.
4. SWIFT & Financial Integration
   • Interpret and implement solutions using SWIFT messaging formats.
   • Support financial services integration and messaging requirements.
   • Troubleshoot messaging and transaction processing issues.
   • Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial integration flows.
5. DevOps & Deployment
   • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
   • Use GitHub for source code management and version control.
   • Work with Linux environments for deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
   • Follow established software development and release management practices.
6. Production Support & Documentation
   • Provide production support and resolve technical incidents.
   • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
   • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve integration issues.
   • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and code change records.
