Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into comprehensive design specifications, facilitating workload estimation and task allocation.
- Develop and maintain NR/LTE baseband software in a real-time operating system (RTOS) environment, encompassing end-to-end software design, implementation, unit testing, integration, and verification.
- Provide assistance to team members and end customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and support.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, or Electronic Engineering.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
- Thorough understanding of 3GPP RAN-related protocols and NR/LTE core technology.
- Experience with embedded software design on X86/ARM/DSP/GPU platforms.
- Proficiency in GPU CUDA programming preferred.
- Knowledge of signals and systems, communication principles, and network transmission protocols is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
