Lead software development initiatives for our clients' enterprise systems within the transport infrastructure and networks sector. Manage the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment while leading development teams. Mentor engineers and deliver large-scale software projects that impact critical transportation systems.
Manage the full software development lifecycle from planning through post-deployment support, including scope, quality, timeline, and budget across multiple client projects
Lead cross-functional development teams, coordinate with partners and vendors, and manage client communications and executive reporting
Plan and execute projects including resource allocation, budget management, and sourcing of development partners and contractors
Mentor software engineers, resolve team conflicts, and build collaborative teams for knowledge transfer and performance
Track project progress, implement change management processes, manage risks, and provide status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
5+ years software development leadership experience with 3+ years managing large-scale systems through complete SDLC cycles
Deep knowledge of: Java, SpringBoot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, Angular/React, ESRI ArcGIS, Oracle DB with proven implementation experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and coordinating multi-location projects across time zones
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in customer relations, contract management, and executive reporting
Project management certification (PMP, CITPM) with understanding of software development methodologies, security frameworks, and enterprise delivery practices
