Base pay range

The role requires the incumbent to provide leadership and oversight to the development team, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Technical leadership and adherence to high-quality development standards are critical to delivering successful technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly skilled development team, promoting collaboration and a results-driven environment.
• Oversee project planning and execution to ensure timely, scoped, and budget-aligned delivery.
• Establish the technical vision and strategy for projects, making informed decisions regarding system architecture and technology stacks.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in coding, software quality, testing, and methodologies to maintain team standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Manage resource allocation, assess potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigation to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and integration.
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Business, and/or Finance.
• A minimum of 8 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, database management, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
