Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Development Coordinator to support delivery across our growing engineering team. This role blends project coordination, agile sprint management, and DevOps support, helping us bring critical software systems—like our ERP and automation tools—from idea to deployment efficiently.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to break down tasks, manage delivery timelines, structure technical documentation, and support smooth staging-to-live deployment workflows. Job Descriptions:

• Product Requirement Analysis & Technical Scoping involves participating in product discussions to understand business needs, system impact, and user flow requirements, analyzing technical feasibility and proposing appropriate solutions (e.g., backend workflow, API use, database structure), working with the Product Manager to refine requirements into clearly scoped user stories and technical tasks, and assisting in prioritizing and sequencing tasks based on dependencies and effort estimation.

• Agile Coordination & Sprint Management involves running and managing Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, maintaining task boards and sprint hygiene in tools like ClickUp or Jira, ensuring developers and QA have sufficient task clarity, support, and visibility, and tracking blockers, risks, and delivery timelines across all active projects.

• Developer Collaboration involves coordinating with developers working in Python or PHP to ensure alignment on feature scope, implementation strategy, and timelines, supporting documentation of logic flow, acceptance criteria, and integration checkpoints, and helping conduct code or staging reviews to understand delivery status and risks.

• DevOps & Deployment Support involves coordinating pre-deployment testing, staging verification, and go-live planning, collaborating with DevOps or senior developers on CI/CD pipelines, environment readiness, and rollback strategies, and maintaining visibility into release notes, version tracking, and environment performance post-deployment.

• Documentation & Process Governance involves maintaining updated documentation on features, workflows, and system logic across the product lifecycle, ensuring consistent sharing of updates with product, QA, and support teams, and continuously improving communication flow and delivery discipline across the tech organization.
  

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in software development, project coordination, or DevOps-related roles.

• Proficient in Python or PHP, with ability to read and understand developer-level code.

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based project management.

• Familiar with version control systems (Git), issue tracking tools (ClickUp, Jira), and basic CI/CD concepts.

• Experience working in or supporting cloud environments such as AWS.

• Organized, clear communicator, and process-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
