Newtone Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications deployed on containerized platforms.

You will work with local and offshore teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and developing applications, collaborating with distributed teams, applying best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security, and integrating components with

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Java EE development, preferably with IBM WebSphere.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Solace and IBM MQ.
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, JDBC, REST APIs, WebSocket, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with local and offshore development teams in an Agile / Scrum environment to deliver project objectives.
• Apply software development best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and application security.
• Develop and integrate application components with messaging platforms, databases, and web/mobile front-end systems.
• Support application deployment and maintenance across containerized environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues relating to performance, stability, and security.
