Job summary

Visier Inc. in Singapore invites you to join our Development team as a Software Developer Intern, where you’ll work on real, impactful software from day one.

You’ll gain mentorship and hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including Angular, React, TypeScript, Scala, Python, and cloud services, while delivering value for customers.

Collaborate across the full software lifecycle, write tests, and contribute to features that ship to customers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Scala.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompted engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST, HTML/CSS, JSON, and Angular is advantageous.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases and SQL.
• Experience writing functional tests.

Visier is recruiting for a Software Developer Intern to join our innovative and extremely talented Development department.

Our ultimate goal is to give you the mentorship, training, and work experience you need to start your career. A number of our students return to us after they graduate and start developing their professional career at Visier!

And we use cool state-of-the-art technology to build our innovative full-stack software solution that helps people see the truth and drives organizations to perform their best. We use a variety of frontend technologies including Angular, React, NgRx, Play Framework, TypeScript, Less, and others. We deal with large volumes of data every day. And in our backend areas we work with technologies like Scala, Kotlin, Python, Kafka, Spark, Consul, Cassandra DB, Docker, AWS, etc. We work with LLMs, various prompt engineering techniques and related technologies such as LangChain. So, you’ll be developing knowledge and skills that are transferable anywhere.

• Knowledge of one of the following areas would be an advantage:
  • LLMs
  • Web technologies (REST, HTML/CSS, JSON, Angular)
  • Relational and non-relational databases and SQL language
• Coding skills in writing functional tests
