Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will oversee technical development, mentor developers, ensure software quality, and deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, including leadership, and proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Proficient in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks: .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software architecture.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
