Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for RPA implementations, including requirement gathering, process assessment, workflow design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and conduct feasibility analysis for automation opportunities to secure client approvals.
• Design and develop automation workflows for web-based, desktop/thick client, Citrix, mainframe, Excel, PDF, and Word-based applications using UiPath and Assist Edge.
• Utilize UiPath RE Framework to build robust unattended bots for automating complex business processes.
• Manage credentials and assets securely using Credential Manager, Orchestrator Assets, and Control Tower.
• Automate repetitive tasks such as Excel operations (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulae) and perform complex data manipulations using custom C# and LINQ code.
• Collaborate with business users during requirement analysis and UAT phases to ensure successful deployment and issue resolution.
• Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, coordinating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions across onsite and offshore teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use project management tools such as JIRA and SVN to track progress and manage tasks.
• Conduct requirement gap analysis and transform business requirements into technical specifications and architecture design.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and proposing scalable solutions.
