• Lead in proof of concept (POC) and technology refresh activities.

• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, support, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Support post-implementation tasks including troubleshooting, administration, patching, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Lead in proof of concept (POC)/proof of value (POV), product evaluation, and technology refresh activities.
