Qualifications

Job Summary

Drive the delivery and integration of global software components throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-location IT teams to develop Java-based solutions, resolve production issues, and maintain a stable production environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global software components by designing and integrating them at various stages of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless software component delivery
• Develop and build server-side software components using Java technology to meet project requirements
• Investigate and resolve production issues in coordination with RTB and global teams to maintain system stability
• Coordinate technical discussions and activities with global and offshore teams to align on project goals and resolve challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Apply 5+ years of hands-on experience in server-side application development using Java Technology, JavaEE, Webservice, Eclipse RCP, multi-threaded programming, and Oracle technologies
• Utilize Apache/Tomcat on UNIX/Linux environments and write shell scripts to support application deployment and maintenance
• Employ Agile methodologies to manage software development processes and improve delivery efficiency
• Use tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, and QualityCenter to track issues, manage code, automate builds, and ensure quality
• Banking industry experience is advantageous but not essential
