Job summary

A-GAS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software lead to drive delivery across regional instances, own technical direction, and partner with product managers and architects to ship high-quality software.

The role emphasizes defining deliverables, leading the development team, maintaining release pipelines and security practices. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers to ensure timely, reliable software services and strong operational standards across

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate deliverables; segregating deliverables into manageable work items ensuring consistent & fluid release pipeline across regional instances.
• Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development.
• Lead the development team to drive efficiently in delivery, improve quality through best practice standardization of process and deployment.
• Lead the cadence and team, working with product owners ensuring backlogs are prioritized, sufficient detail exists in readiness for sprint planning session.
• Undertake analytical activities and deliver analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conform to agreed standards.
• Investigate operational needs & opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes & organization.
• Works closely with Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers to deliver quality software services.
• Apply data analysis, design and modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components.
• Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes.
• Maintains security administration processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
