Job summary

alpsoft technologies pte. ltd. is seeking a versatile IT project professional to drive end-to-end project lifecycles with third-party vendors in Singapore. You will coordinate agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and remove blockers while ensuring timely delivery.

The role spans frontend and backend engineering, including architecture, RESTful APIs, and workflow automation. You will liaise with business stakeholders and lead critical technical investigations when issues arise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience applying Agile, Scrum, or Kanban in project delivery.
• Proficient with project tracking tools such as Github, Jira, Confluence or Asana.
• History of resource allocation, scope control, and meeting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Scope, plan, and execute IT project lifecycles with vendors to meet timelines and milestones.
• Agile Facilitation: Manage vendor sprint cycles, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and blockers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders with clear progress reports.
• Component & Page Architecture: Architect and maintain frontend code across modern architectures (static/dynamic rendering).
• Backend & API Engineering: Design and optimize server-side apps and RESTful APIs to connect systems and databases.
• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows linking core systems and enterprise apps.
• L2/L3 Technical Support: Investigate, debug, and resolve critical application issues and layout/script errors.
• Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze logs and metrics to diagnose failures and apply hotfixes as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Work with 3 rd party vendors to scope, plan, and execute IT project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Agile Facilitation: Manage 3 rd party vendors' team sprint cycles, coordinate daily stand-ups, prioritize product backlogs, and remove project blockers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical resources and non-technical business stakeholders, providing clear progress reports and risk assessments.
• Component & Page Architecture: Architect, write, review and maintain clean, scalable code across modern frontend architectures utilizing static and dynamic rendering.
• Backend & API Engineering: Design, build, and optimize robust server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and data models to connect our web systems with internal databases and services.
• Workflow Automation: Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows and business logic integrations to connect core systems with enterprise applications.
• L2/L3 Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for investigating, debugging, and resolving critical application failures, layout discrepancies, and script errors.
• Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze system logs, error metrics, and database records to diagnose script failures or workflow breaks, deploying immediate hotfixes or patches.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Methodologies: Strong experience running Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Tooling: Highly proficient in project tracking software, specifically Github , Jira , Confluence , or Asana .
• Skills: Proven tracking record in resource allocation, scope management, and timeline mitigation.
• Frontend Frameworks: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Astro.js , React.js , and Vue.js.
• Core Web Technologies: Exceptional fundamentals in TypeScript , semantic HTML , and modern CSS (including responsive design, layouts, and preprocessors).
• Backend & Environment: Solid expertise in Node.js handling both frontend environments (build tools, bundling) and backend services (runtime, servers).
• Enterprise Automation: Practical experience building and troubleshooting automated cloud or desktop workflows using Microsoft Power Automate .
• Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient in Git workflows and navigating automated deployment pipelines.
• Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive projects
