Job description

We are looking for Software and Application Manager with below requirements;

• Experienced in the BFSI Domain
• Proven expertise in MAS, HKMA, Fed, and RBI reporting using OneSumX, Axiom, Alteryx
• Strong in E2E project delivery, BRD/FSD creation, testing, and stakeholder engagement
• Led high-performing teams and managed global stakeholder communications
• Responsible for E2E delivery of Regulatory Projects including planning, implementation and maintenance.
• Perform impact analysis and resource planning, conduct review meetings with key stakeholders and obtain Sign off from global business stakeholders Overseeing functional resources and go to man for key stakeholders in terms of planning, delivery, resourcing, issue management etc
• Strong SME in Derivatives Reporting (MAS 610), IFRS, and financial controls
• Advanced Excel and intermediate Alteryx user; familiar with SQL, JIRA, and ALM
• Regulatory Reporting, Finance Transformation, or Change Management
• Deft in monitoring and automation of various reports like balance sheet, profit and loss, Basel reports and other regulatory reports for Singapore(MAS).
• Design and build regulatory reports using Controller View system.
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experienced in automation using two major Regulatory Reporting Tools in Asian markets – Axiom and One SumX (Wolters Kluewers) and also using BI tools like Alteryx
• Excellent communicator and people leader with proven audit and transformation success
