Job description

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization seeking a hands-on Software and Applications Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, development, and optimization of enterprise applications and software systems across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for internal and third-party applications.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, analysts, and vendors to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize enterprise software systems, including ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms.
• Ensure system integrity, security, compliance, and documentation across all platforms.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and vendor contracts related to application systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements or replacements for legacy systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development and application management.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
