Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et développer l'architecture pour un outil Gen AI, en gérant l'implémentation de bout en bout.
• Intégrer des APIs pour une communication fluide avec des services d'AI et autres API tierces.
• Fournir un leadership technique continu, mentorant les membres de l'équipe sur les défis techniques.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Design and develop the architecture for a Gen AI tool, managing end-to-end implementation
• Integrate APIs for seamless communication with Large Language Models, other third party API’s and Gen AI services
• Lead Prompt Engineering efforts, refining structures to optimize AI responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time AI features aligned with business goals
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability for seamless AI-driven interactions
• Collaborate closely with ITC and Technical Architecture teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with the overall system architecture and business needs
• Provide continuous technical leadership, offering guidance and support to the team on technical clarifications and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring team members, promoting best practices for software development
• Coordinate with Business Users to identify system changes or enhancements that would improve system functionality, performance, and user experience
• Lead the development of technical solutions by creating Proof of Concepts for complex or high-impact features before full implementation, ensuring feasibility and risk mitigation
• Focus on performance optimization and system stability, advancing solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency
• Play a key role in leading the team through the design, development, and delivery of technical components, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives
• Actively participated in identifying and addressing key areas for system enhancements and performance improvements, driving the platform towards scalability and future proofing

Requirements:

• 12- 16 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, .Net, Azure DevOps, AI, Prompt Engineering, Python and Microservices
