Software and Applications Manager

Experience:

• 14+ years of demonstrable experience in writing clean code quickly in Java.
• Strong knowledge in Core Java, OOP software concepts, and coding best practices.
• Proven experience in test engineering, creating and executing test strategies, and managing test automation projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a track record of building and leading teams.
• Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into the deployment process.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of a data-driven approach and ability to present data and metrics to client leadership.
• Good to have any Cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) experience.
