Your key responsibilities

The Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) team collaborates with clients to address critical issues arising from global changes such as regulation, globalization, technological advances, increased competition, and evolving customer demands.

You will support engagement management across all aspects of WAM solutions, ensuring quality deliverables, effective communication, and exceptional performance with both the engagement team and clients.

• Strong understanding of economic or market issues and their impact on clients
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for continuous learning, service improvement, and best practices
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics

To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 10 years’ experience in Wealth and Asset Management, working with asset managers, private banks, wealth managers, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, private equity, or hedge funds
• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Ability to collaborate closely with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend innovative solutions
• Experience managing a team of consultants, providing mentorship and support
• Skills in developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
• Experience overseeing software system acquisition and development
• Ability to develop Proof-of-Concept solutions, ensuring security and risk considerations
• Commitment to quality through testing, quality control, and adherence to best practices
• Expertise in business and technology strategy, large-scale operating model design, process change, or system implementation projects
• Strong project management and agile delivery skills, including sprints, backlogs, and user stories
• Knowledge of Investment Technology and Data platforms/systems
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in business development and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software applications, digital user experience, or product design
• Understanding of regulatory aspects in WAM
