Responsibilities

1. Conduct assessments to determine if referred cases are suitable for the department.
2. Identify situations where clients may be at risk and develop plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
3. Write and submit case reports promptly.
4. Participate in roadshows and other community outreach events as needed.
5. Make regular home visits and provide support to ensure the safety of clients in placement.
